Organizational Change & the Internal College

Traditional diversity training programs often only scratch the surface of the complexity of human differences. Further, the very word “diversity” has taken on a negative connotation in many circles because of its superficial treatment. That’s why PsychAssets created the The Internal College - to offer a broad, comprehensive educational experience on valuing human diversity. The The Internal College provides the breadth and depth necessary to create lasting changes in individual and organizational attitudes toward diversity.

Our The Internal College offers 1 or 2 day workshops aimed at helping people understand their own diversity and highlighting how this understanding enables better relationships with others.

The College also offers customized culture/climate change processes which include ongoing interactive, educational components.

Finally, the The Internal College includes a leadership development track, focused on providing top leadership with increased insight and coaching to develop skills and a strategic vision of inclusiveness.
